Who controls the information

Ozone Pro Systems’ verified legal entity will be the controller for website enquiries. Its registered details, operational address and privacy contact will be added here before public launch.

Information collected

The quote form asks for your name, company, work email, phone, postcode, application, commercial intent, product interest, timescale, treatment context and project details. A document request asks for your name, email, optional company and the requested document. Both flows may record the source page, referrer domain and permitted campaign parameters.

Why it is used

Quote information is used to assess the enquiry, respond, prepare a quotation and manage follow-up. Document-request information is used to supply the requested file and maintain an accountable delivery record. Both forms use limited security information to prevent misuse. Neither form automatically subscribes you to marketing.

Storage and recipients

Valid enquiries and document requests are stored in Cloudflare D1. Quote notifications and requested document links are sent through Cloudflare Email Service. Cloudflare provides hosting, security and related infrastructure. Names, companies, email addresses, phone numbers, postcodes and free-text details are not included in GA4 or Google Ads events.

Retention

The website automatically deletes quote and document-request records after 12 months. Mailbox and customer records outside the site must follow the business’s approved retention schedule.

Analytics and advertising measurement

GA4 and Google Ads conversion measurement are configured through Cloudflare Zaraz and remain disabled until the visitor accepts the relevant consent purpose. Successful document requests send only the document identifier and type as event data; form identity fields are excluded. Enhanced conversions using hashed email addresses are not enabled.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing and to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office. Contact details for exercising these rights will be added before public launch.

Security and international processing

The service uses encrypted transport, restricted administration, bot protection and minimum-necessary access. The final controller must document its Cloudflare and Google contractual arrangements, processing locations and any applicable transfer safeguards.
